Being a manager in GTM is tough, being a first-time manager is nearly impossible. Brace yourself, the facts are coming: BUT first, some background: 1️⃣ I’ve hired over 200 people and interviewed many more. 2️⃣ I’ve promoted dozens of individual contributors to management positions. 3️⃣ I built and ran an enablement team and have spoken to enablement leaders globally every day for the past year.
